“I am an internationally certified boxing referee and a cycling enthusiast. I usually cycle 50km 3 times a week and then another 80 kms on Saturday and Sunday, so I burn up  a lot of calories. I have used Formula #1, #3 Herbalifeline, Chitosan NRG and Protein Powder to lose 3.5kgs in 3 weeks along with heaps of inches. My clothes were falling off me.
