We run a number of Weight Loss Challenge locations at different times throughout the year. Please get in touch to find out your nearest location using the form above, or you can contact us by phone or email using the details at the top of the page.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How many Meetings are there?

The Challenge itself runs for a 6 week duration. There is also a 30 minute coaches meeting to help you with your eating plan, and understanding how we run the challenge. This is better done before you start. There is usually an extra meeting which is the “Celebration” where the jackpot $$$ are paid out and the winners announced.

How much does this cost?

The cost is a single payment of $49 to join the Challenge and attend meetings. There may be additional “fines” if you miss more than 1 meeting or gain weight! These are designed to assist your motivation to stick to your programme and to lose weight every week.

Do I have to use your programme?

We support all HEALTHY weight loss programmes however, we are able to design a personalised programme for you utilising products we recommend for successful safe and healthy weight loss designed to keep your weight off forever!

I don’t have much to lose – Can I still Win?

The Winners are the people who lose the biggest Percentage of Body Mass during the Challenge. This means that the contest is fair for men and women, large and larger.

Is my progress Private?

Of course it is! We are not in the business of humiliating people. The weekly Weigh-in and measurements are confidential to the Challenge organisers and your personal Coach. We will acknowledge the people in the room who have lost the most each week as this positive reinforcement is great motivation for everybody however, no “numbers” will be mentioned.

What happens if I miss a meeting?

You are allowed to miss one meeting without penalty. Missing a second meeting will cost you a “fine” of $5 plus likely set back your weight loss progress. We cannot emphasise how important it is to attend every meeting as we provide valuable information on different topics each week to assist you in maintaining your weight loss long-term.

What happens if I gain Weight?

Sticking to your programme is the best way to avoid this. To encourage you, we will “fine” you $1 for every 500g of weight you gain since your last weigh-in. Your Personal Coach will work with you to help get you back on the weight loss track again. Please do ask for help when you need it.

Can I invite my friends along?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring friends along to join the Challenge meetings.This will be even more motivating and fun for you and your weight loss!

Do I get a Personal Coach?

YES – You will be working closely with a Personal Weight-Loss Coach who will be able to assist you in getting the best result. You are required to have a free 45 minute 1 on 1 appointment with your coach to help you with your success. This gives us a chance to get to know you and the things you need help with. It helps us build a supportive relationship as it is hard to get to know people in a busy crowded room with other participants around.

New Locations

We are starting new Weight Loss Challenges in other areas all the time. If you have 10+ people who want to join up we will run a special 6 week programme for you, your workplace or club, at a suitable time and location for you. Please ask if you have any questions about this.
